What You’ll Need
You’ll be passionate about HR having worked in changing, growing organisations, ideally leading successful major change or in a similar senior HR role managing a small team. You’ll have significant experience and knowledge across a wide range of HR disciplines including learning, resourcing, and talent.
You’ll be well respected within the HR community as someone who knows theories, frameworks and tools. You may be a Chartered Member of CIPD or working towards it but you will have a great communication and business partnering skills along with great process and IT skills.
You’ll have developed and delivered your own strategy, demonstrating organisational insight and strong analytical skills as well as being organised, results driven, and have great attention to detail.
