What to Expect

As a Data Administrator in our busy Oxfordshire office you’ll be providing data management support to our Agricultural Liaison Team who are working with the Main Works Contractor of HS2 Phase 1.

You’ll work closely with the client together with the internal Land Access and Agricultural Liaison Teams to obtain, cleanse and analyse data from a range of sources to be presented to our clients in a variety of formats. You’ll working on both our internal databases and the clients. There may also be the opportunity to visit the client sites/offices to present your data and obtain client input.

You’ll receive full training in our clients’ specific areas of expertise.

What You’ll Need

You’ll have great IT skills and be confident working with Word and Excel, including Vlookups, mail merging, and data inputting. Experience of basic mapping software would be beneficial but not essential, however you’ll have an understanding of maps and the IT skills to be able to work with this software (training will be provided).

You’ll be organised, results driven, a keen problem solver with excellent attention to detail. You’ll be able to work on your own initiative, organising workloads to meet tight project deadlines. You’ll also have great verbal and written communication skills.
